Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Savvy Real Estate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement on our website.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on our website in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent as described below.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material on our site that you believe is infringing your copyright. Please include a link to the specific URL where the material is located.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, we will investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as appropriate.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed in error due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material removed and the location where it previously appeared.

  2. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, the district where your hosting provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit your counter-notification to the designated agent listed above. If deemed valid, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to block the restoration.

Repeat Infringers

Savvy Real Estate reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright law.
